I used it for more than 6 weeks. Yes it's effective for soothing the symptoms. No, it won't permanently shrink hemorrhoid as they promised.

I read all the reviews and it sounded like a decent product so I thought Id give this product a chance. While it gave some temporary relief it did nothing to reduce the swelling or long term pain. I followed the instructions exactly and in addition I ate high fiber diet, took sitz baths, took Metamucil and still I had no luck. I eventually went to the doctor who used the rubber band litigation and some injections. He said I had a lot of large internal hemorrhoids so maybe I was past the point of this product offering any real assistance.

I had good luck with another Derma Remedies product, so I thought I'd give this one a go.
